Currently, the methodology of street football is implemented in countries around the world, which are articulated through the Street Soccer Movement. The organizations share the use of street football methodology as a strategy to promote peace and dialogue processes, social and urban inclusion, promote gender equality and the defense of the rights of children, adolescents and young people, and encourage a better coexistence.
The “Partidí” project is a sports methodology that aims to generate a socio-constructive learning through football, with emphasis on socio-emotional skills and the development of thinking. Through this program, the CDI seeks to promote social change and the development of skills necessary for coexistence in a democratic and participatory society.
UNICEF Paraguay has been supporting the CDI and its “Partidí” project two years ago with the aim of promoting the right to sport for the development of children, adolescents and their families in Paraguay.
